WHAT IS EDUCATION?

ETYMOLOGICAL MEANING OF EDUCATION

The education is a very common and famous term that is understood in many ways but very few people take it in right perspective.
Etymologically ,the word education is derived from latin word' EDUCARE'which means 'TO RAISE'or 'TO BRING UP'
another view is this ,that the word is derived from 'EDUCERE'..........which means 'TO LEAD FORTH' or' TO COME OUT'
some other believe that the word education is derived from latin word' EDUCATUM'  which means 'THE ACT OF TRAINING' or THE ACT OF TRAINING
so..........we can say that the edcation is the tool or the process which.........
  •         nourishes the goodness in an individual.
  •         draw out the best in the learner.
  •         develop the innate and hidden capabilities and potentials in an individual.
